Charitable Donation & Sponsorship Policy

Sapiat Asset Management recognizes that there are many worthwhile not-for-profit organizations contributing to the overall well being of our communities, and many are worthy of financial sponsorship.

When determining which not-for-profit organizations to financially support, Sapiat Asset Management has a long-standing practice to support the not-for-profit activities of our employees and customers.

To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, the not-for-profit organization must meet the following criteria:

  • The organization must be currently recognized as a 501(c)3 Not-for Profit Organization and able to provide written proof of such.

  • An active employee or current customer must currently serve on the not-for-profit organization’s Board of Directors as a Director or personally donate at least 40 hours per year as a volunteer for the organization. Preference is given to those not-for-profit organizations wherein the employee/customer currently serves on the Board of Directors.

  • The request for financial support must be made in writing by employee or customer described above, along with proof of 501(c)3 status.

  • The not-for-profit organization’s mission must serve one of our preferred service areas.
    • At Risk Veterans
    • Childhood Character Development
    • Childhood Economic Education
    • Children In Need
    • Local Disaster Relief

  • The not-for-profit organization’s mission must serve a geographic location where Sapiat Asset Management has a permanent, active facility.

  • The organization must not promote divisive/controversial issues.

  • The organization must positively reflect Sapiat Asset Management’s Values – People, Success, Service, Professionalism, and Moral Fortitude.
