Donna L. Dick

Donna is a talented Entrepreneur and Executive with over 25 years of experience as a successful business owner. She is Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and COO of Sapiat Financial Group, also acting as COO at Sapiat Asset Management.

Donna’s career began with several years as a successful business owner in the highly competitive Alaskan construction industry. While winding down her business, she began her financial services career as a Personal Banker at First National Bank Alaska. During her time with the bank, she worked closely with families, small-business owners, and entrepreneurs in many industries, with a niche focus on specialty contractors. She relocated to Tennessee in 2003 to work as Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones Investments, working closely with families, small-business owners, and entrepreneurs.

In 2010, she co-founded Strong Heritage Financial Group with her husband and business partner, Steve, and in 2015, Strong Heritage became Sapiat Financial Group. Sapiat Financial Group, Inc. is 100% owner of Sapiat Asset Management, LLC.

With a keen eye for detail, nearly all of her entrepreneurial activities revolve around back-office operations for the businesses she owns. She is a driven businesswoman efficiently managing processes, resources, reporting, and personnel. Her goal is perfection in creating and maintaining the invisible ocean of operational support necessary for Financial Advisors to successfully care for their customers.

Donna has a soft spot for children. She has served on the boards of several parent-teacher organizations, worked as team mother for more teams than she can recall, and spent several years as a Cradle Roll teacher at her church.

Donna has many varied interests outside of work. In her free time, she can most often be found exploring the Appalachian Mountains, traveling the U.S. to experience new places & meet new people, or managing her ever-growing international essential oil business.
